Applicable: Windshield for excavators, loaders, mining trucks, and cranes (mandatory use in safety core areas)
Thickness standard: 8-15mm, heavy mining equipment thickened to 18-25mm
2. Single layer tempered glass (side window/rear windshield/top window)
After high-temperature tempering treatment, the strength is 3-5 times that of ordinary glass; Broken into sharp edged particles, not easily cut
Advantages: Low cost, good transparency, convenient processing of irregular surfaces
Applicable: Door side glass, rear windshield, sunroof, forklift simple windshield, sliding machine side window
Thickness: 4-10mm, commonly used in construction vehicles with 5/6/8mm thicker versions
3. Hollow insulated glass (for environmental sanitation/cold chain/high-altitude vehicles)
Two layer glass hollow seal, thermal insulation, noise reduction, and anti condensation
Applicable: Sprinkler trucks, aerial work vehicles, refrigerated engineering vehicles, northern winter work equipment
4. PC polycarbonate bulletproof and impact resistant sheet (special mining/forestry)
Non metallic transparent material, weighing 40% -60% lighter than glass, resistant to explosions and giant rock impacts; Equipped with a hard scratch resistant coating
Applicable: open-pit mines, logging machinery, explosion-proof engineering vehicles, high-frequency gravel splashing scenes
